Complaints Handling Policy

In an effort to maintain a high standard of client services consistent with best practice principles, LaSalle Funds Management’s Complaints Handling Policy administers an effective dispute resolution system whereby any formal complaints can be resolved in a timely manner.

On-going review of complaints is used to identify and improve both processes and procedures and the content of communication to investors. A copy of Complaints Policy is available on request.
